Minimum 10th pass (Women preferred)

Interest in social service & livestock development

Basic reading & writing skills

💰 Salary

Fixed: ₹5,000 / month

Incentive: ₹25 per farmer

Average Income: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 / month

Provide livestock health support & basic treatment guidance

Advise farmers on nutrition, management & disease prevention

Connect farmers with Bhumijaa services (Insurance, Loan, Feed, Awareness)

Promote Antibiotic-Free Milk Mission at block level

Maintain records & submit monthly reports

🏅 Eligibility

Diploma / Certificate in Paravet / Veterinary or related field

Knowledge of livestock health & rural service delivery

Basic reporting & communication skills

💰 Salary & Benefits

Fixed Salary: ₹17,500 / month

Vacancy – District Program Manager (DPM)

Organization: Bhumijaa Farmer Welfare Foundation Location: Every District of Uttar Pradesh

📋 Role & Responsibilities

Lead & manage all Bhumijaa programs at district level

Select & monitor franchise network in every Nyay Panchayat of the district

Supervise Block Paravets & Pashudhan Sakhis

Ensure farmer outreach, membership & reporting targets

Coordinate with govt. departments & local stakeholders

Promote Antibiotic-Free Milk Mission

🏅 Eligibility

Graduate / Post Graduate (Agri, Dairy, Veterinary, Rural Development preferred)

Minimum 2 years’ experience in rural development / livestock sector

Strong leadership, communication & field management skills

💰 Salary & Benefits

Fixed Salary: ₹27,500 / month
